South View barely beat Jack Britt the last time the pair played, but that sure wasn't the case this time around. South View was the clear victor by an 11-2 margin over Jack Britt on Tuesday. The high-scoring effort was just what the Tigers needed considering they were shut out in their previous matchup.
David Ramsey was a major factor while hitting and pitching. He didn't allow a single earned run over five innings pitched. He has been consistent : he hasn't given up more than two walks in six consecutive appearances. He was also big at the plate, scoring a run and stealing three bases while getting on base in three of his five plate appearances. That's the most stolen bases he has posted since back in April of 2024.

The pitchers for both teams better look sharp on Friday as neither team is afraid to steal. South View has been swiping bases left and right this season, having averaged 3.8 stolen bases per game. However, it's not like Seventy-First struggles in that department as they've been averaging an even more impressive 7.4 stolen bases. The only question left is which team can snag more.
Everything went South View's way against Seventy-First in their previous meeting on March 4th, as South View made off with a 15-5 victory. The rematch might be a little tougher for South View since the team won't have the home-field advantage this time around. We'll see if the change in venue makes a difference.
