Hagerman extended the longest winning streak in 1A District 2 this week by beating Cloudcroft, 48-12. The win marks fourth in a row for the the Bobcats.
Hagerman took down the Bears 48-12 last week, the largest margin of any game. Alejandro Ramos threw for 236 yards and six touchdowns and ran for six yards in the win.
Casey Crandall's team's offense was tough to stop this week, as it produced the league's top passer, rusher and receiver. On the ground Daniel Cabrera chipped in 36 yards. Rudy Medrano helped Hagerman's passing attack out by catching three balls for 60 yards.
Jessie Rodriguez was the best wideout in the league this week as the Bobcats defeated Cloudcroft. Rodriguez tallied five receptions for 124 yards.
Hagerman's offense has been unstoppable this season and the Bobcats feature the season leaders in passing, rushing and receiving yards. Ramos has thrown for 1414 yards and 19 touchdowns this season, while Rodriguez has 32 catches for 651 yards. Ramos also leads the league in rushing with 299 yards.
A big matchup in 1A District 2 this week will be when Hagerman takes on Jal. The Bobcats are in first place, while the Panthers are in third place.
