Hastings won the last time they faced Valhalla and things went their way on Tuesday too. The Yellow Jackets walked away with an 8-5 win over the Vikings.

Kieran McGrath was incredible, firing off two home runs and five RBI while going 2-for-2. Those two home runs gave him a new career-high. Another player making a difference was Julius Stephens, who went 2-for-4 with three RBI and one double.

Hastings was getting hits left and right and finished the game having posted a batting average of .462. That's the best batting average they've posted all season.

Hastings' victory ended a three-game drought at home and bumped them up to 5-6. As for Valhalla, their loss dropped their record down to 1-1.

Hastings will have a chance to go back-to-back against the Vikings: the pair's next game is a rematch scheduled at 4:30 p.m. on Thursday.
