Heritage Academy entered their tilt with BASIS - Chandler with two consecutive wins but they'll enter their next game with three. Heritage Academy walked away with a 52-41 victory over BASIS - Chandler on Friday.
Bryce Campbell was his usual excellent self, scoring 14 points. The team also got some help courtesy of Mattson Young, who scored nine points.
Meanwhile, Heritage Academy pushed their score all the way to 69 on Tuesday, but even that wasn't enough to win. They took a 88-69 bruising from South Pointe.
Heritage Academy is on a roll lately: they've won six of their last seven matchups, which provided a nice bump to their 10-4 record this season. As for Heritage Academy, their defeat was their fifth straight on the road dating back to last season, which bumped their record down to 3-9.
The Heroes strolled past the Heroes in their previous meeting back in November of 2023 by a score of 62-48. Will the Heroes repeat their success, or do the Heroes have a new game plan this time around? We'll find out soon enough.
