Normandy's game  last Thursday was a  loss, but they didn't let that memory haunt them  on Friday. They secured  an  18-14 W over the Ravenna Ravens. The score was all tied up  0-0 at the break, but the Invaders were the  better team in the second half.

 Normandy will have some time to savor their  victory since their next game is a little ways off: they'll take on Bay at 7:00  p.m.  on September 12. As for Ravenna, they will head out to  challenge McKinley  at 7:00  p.m.  on Friday.
