On Friday, Chipley won a matchup that couldn't have been any closer, slipping by Taylor County 15-14.

Despite the loss, Taylor County still got an impressive performance from Dj Mccoy, who rushed for 154 yards on only ten carries. Mccoy's longest rush was for an incredible 90 yards.
Even if they lost, Taylor County's defense still kept up the pressure with six sacks. Chipley's QB won't forget Madden Metcalf anytime soon given Metcalf sacked him six times.
Chipley is on a roll lately: they've won three of their last four games, which provided a nice bump to their 5-2 record this season. As for Taylor County, this is the second loss in a row for them and nudges their season record down to 2-7.
