Football Game Preview: Quitman Panthers vs. Bay Springs Bulldogs + How To Watch

The Quitman Panthers will take on the Bay Springs Bulldogs at 7:00 p.m. on Friday. Quitman has given up an average of 32 points per game this season, but Friday's game will give them a chance to turn things around.

Loss or not, Quitman got some senior leadership from Shunzarious Dear and Bryce Gavin. Dear picked up 156 receiving yards and two touchdowns, while Gavin threw for 219 yards and a pair of TDs. Those 156 receiving yards set a new season-high mark for Dear.

Quitman better keep an eye on Malaki Owens. He was instrumental in Bay Springs' win, rushing for 196 yards and three scores while picking up 8.9 yards per carry. Owens really tore up the turf during one magnificent 70-yard run. Jaylen Flowers was in the mix as well, providing Bay Springs with two touchdowns.

One of the biggest obstacles trying to stand in the way of that victory was the Bulldogs' Jamarius Hosey, who rushed for 145 yards and a pair of TDs.
