After a string of four wins, South Charlotte's good fortune finally ran out on Thursday. They were beaten by the LKY Saints 60-28. While losing is never fun, the Thunder can't take it too hard given the team's big disadvantage in MaxPreps' basketball rankings in their respective home states (they are ranked 457th in North Carolina, while the Saints are ranked 131st in Kentucky).

South Charlotte's loss dropped their record down to 10-20. As for LKY, they are on a roll lately: they've won seven of their last eight games. That's provided a nice bump to their 20-8 record this season.

As of now, neither South Charlotte nor LKY have any future games scheduled.
