Somerset entered their tilt with Bishop Carroll on Wednesday with two consecutive wins but they'll enter their next game with three. They came within a single goal of losing the streak, but they secured a 2-1 W against the Huskies. Given Somerset's advantage in MaxPreps' Pennsylvania soccer rankings (they are ranked 198th, while Bishop Carroll are ranked 425th) , the result wasn't entirely unexpected.

Leonardo Hurtado and Josiah Antram scored both of Somerset's goals, bringing their combined season tally to ten goals.

Somerset's record is now 14-3. As for Bishop Carroll, their defeat was their seventh straight on the road, which dropped their record down to 8-12.

Looking ahead, Somerset will face off against Altoona at 7:30 p.m. on Tuesday. Bishop Carroll does not have any more games scheduled as of now.
