 At the plate,  Nadia Pagan was  incredible,  scoring three  runs and  stealing five bases while going 2-for-3.  Hannah Brooks was another key contributor,  scoring two  runs and  stealing a base while going 1-for-2.
 Elyria Catholic pushed their record up to 18-5 with that  win, which was their tenth straight  at home. As for Margaretta,  this is  the second loss in a row for them and  nudges their season record down to 16-10.
 Both  squads are looking forward to the support of their home crowds in their upcoming games. Elyria Catholic will take on Chagrin Falls at 5:00  p.m.  on Thursday. Chagrin Falls is strutting in with some hitting muscle as they've averaged 12.6  runs per game  this season. As for Margaretta, they will be playing in front of their home fans against Western Reserve at 5:00  p.m.  on Friday. Western Reserve will be hoping to continue their three-game streak of scoring more  runs each  match than the last.
