Markus Nelson was a major factor in Norris's victory over Gretna on Friday. Nelson rushed for 199 yards and three touchdowns while picking up 9.0 yards per carry. The performance marked the most rushing yards he has had since back in September of 2024.

Nelson and Norris will square off against Lincoln Northwest at 7:00 p.m. on Friday.
