Mountain Grove extended their winning streak to seven on Friday, bumping them up to 7-1. They really took it to the Houston Tigers for the full four quarters, racking up a 46-13 victory. The result was nothing new for the Panthers, who have now won six games by 24 points or more so far this season.
Aden Estep produced another solid performance rushing for 237 yards and four touchdowns on only ten carries, while also throwing for 25 yards and one TD. Those 237 rushing yards gave him a new career-high. Braydon Curtiss was another key player, rushing for 123 yards and one score while picking up 7.7 yards per carry.
They were just one part of a punishing run game: Mountain Grove was unstoppable on the ground and finished the game with 542 rushing yards. That's the most rushing yards they've managed all season.
