Washington's favor as the squad sits on six straight wins at home while Pensacola has been banged up by eight consecutive losses on the road.

Alex Jasquith was his usual excellent self, scoring 22 points along with five rebounds. Logan Brown was another key contributor, scoring ten points along with nine rebounds.
Meanwhile, things could have been worse for Pensacola, but they could have been a whole lot better as they took a 58-43 loss to Milton on Tuesday. While losing is never fun, Pensacola can't take it too hard given the team's big disadvantage in MaxPreps' Florida basketball rankings (they are ranked 457th, while Milton is ranked 123rd).
Despite the loss, Pensacola had strong showings from Zac Clarke, who scored 15 points along with three steals, and Nick Jones, who scored seven points along with seven rebounds and three steals. Another player making a difference was Braylen Steele, who scored eight points along with three steals.
Booker T. Washington's victory bumped their record up to 14-6. As for Pensacola, they have not been sharp recently, as they've lost seven of their last nine matches, which put a noticeable dent in their 8-12 record this season.
This contest is one where the number of possessions is likely to be a big factor: Booker T. Washington have been smashing the glass this season, having averaged 26.6 rebounds per game. However, it's not like Pensacola struggles in that department as they've been averaging 23.3 rebounds per game. Given these competing strengths, it'll be interesting to see how their clash plays out.
