Canajoharie/Fort Plain can now show off five landslide victories after their most recent match on Friday. They blew past Mohonasen 37-8 at home. The victory was just what Canajoharie/Fort Plain needed coming off of a 50-26 loss in their prior match.
Cody Hyney continued his habit of posting crazy stat lines, rushing for 103 yards and a touchdown on only seven carries, while also throwing for 244 yards and four touchdowns while picking up 11.6 yards per attempt.
Meanwhile, Stillwater can now show off three landslide victories after their most recent matchup two weeks ago. They took their game at home with ease, bagging a 64-6 win over Helderberg Valley [Berne-Knox-Westerlo/Duanesburg]. The victory was just what Stillwater needed coming off of a 50-7 defeat in their prior match.
Stillwater got their victory on the backs of several key players, but it was Lukas Lilac out in front who rushed for 192 yards and three touchdowns on only 12 carries. Jaxon Mueller was another key contributor, rushing for 74 yards and three touchdowns on only nine carries.
Their wins bumped Canajoharie/Fort Plain to 6-2 and Stillwater to 7-1.
