East is 10-0 against Laramie since February of 2021, and they'll have a chance to extend that success on Thursday. The East Thunderbirds will look to defend their home court against the Laramie Plainsmen at 5:00 p.m. East will be looking to extend their current ten-game winning streak.
In what's become a running theme this season, East gave their fans yet another huge victory on Saturday. They blew past Thunder Basin 59-35. The score was close at the half, but East pulled away in the second half with 38 points.
Meanwhile, Laramie faced Sheridan in a battle between two of the state's top teams. The match between Laramie and Sheridan wasn't particularly close, with Laramie falling 52-36.
East is on a roll lately: they've won 14 of their last 15 matchups, which provided a nice bump to their 18-2 record this season. As for Laramie, their defeat ended a five-game streak of away wins dating back to last season and brought them to 11-6.
