Bowers hasn't dropped below 15 points for three straight games. Another player making a difference was Jaleon Johnson, who scored seven points along with five rebounds and two steals.
Meanwhile, Chamblee's recent rough patch got a bit rougher last Friday after their sixth straight loss. They were outmatched by Tucker on the road and fell 83-41. M.L. King barely slipped by Chamblee when the teams last played two weeks ago, winning 58-57.
