McCormick was led to victory by Darius Houston and Demetric Anderson. Houston scored 12 points along with five steals, while Anderson scored 13 points along with eight rebounds and two steals. As a matter of fact, that's the most points Anderson has scored all season. The team also got some help courtesy of Triston Brown, who scored seven points along with five rebounds.
Despite the loss, Ware Shoals had strong showings from Jayce Medlin, who scored ten points, and Tyrell Cunningham, who scored seven points.
McCormick's victory bumped their record up to 11-2. As for Ware Shoals, this is the second loss in a row for them and nudges their season record down to 5-7.
