MacArthur had already won five in a row (a stretch where they outscored their opponents by an average of 23.2 points) and they went ahead and made it six on Saturday. They took their game with ease, bagging a 67-23 win over the Jacksonville Crimsons. The Generals have made a habit of sweeping their opponents off the court, having now won 12 matches by 21 points or more this season.

MacArthur got their victory on the backs of several key players, but it was Lexi Meyer out in front who posted 13 points. Another player making a difference was Inareia Flagg, who earned 11 points.

When it comes to explaining why Jacksonville lost, don't look at Jocelyn Smock. Despite the final result, she put up nine points. Those nine points gave Smock a new career-high.

MacArthur pushed their record up to 19-6 with the win, which was their fourth straight on the road. The wins came thanks in part to their offensive performance across that stretch, as they averaged 62.8 points over those games. As for Jacksonville, they are on a 15-game losing streak that has dropped them down to 1-25.

MacArthur wasted no time getting back out on the court and has already played their next contest, a 67-37 victory against Champaign Central on the 4th. As for Jacksonville, they have also already played their next game, a 42-38 loss against Lanphier on the 3rd.
