The Kathleen Red Devils had to start their season on the road on Monday, and it wasn't the start they were hoping for. Their rough 64-39 loss to Bolles might stick with them for a while.
Several Red Devils players turned in solid performances, despite ultimately coming up short. Perhaps the best among those players was Kayden Gause, who scored 15 points. Another player making a difference was Amaya Shaw, who scored 12 points along with 8 rebounds and 4 blocks.
Kathleen's defeat dropped their record down to 0-1. As for Bolles, their win bumped their record up to 1-0.
Kathleen will face off against Camden County at 6:15 p.m. on Tuesday. As for Bolles, they will take on Holy Innocents Episcopal at 12:00 p.m. on Tuesday.
