Nelson Island put another one in the bag on Saturday to keep their perfect season alive. They came out on top against the Eek Cougars by a score of 2-0. That's the second time they've managed to beat them this season, as they also won 2-0 two weeks ago.

While Nelson Island won a shutout, things came down to the wire in the second set they played. Once all was said and done, the final score wound up at 25-12, 25-23.

Nelson Island's victory bumped their record up to 9-0. As for Eek, they now have a losing record of 2-3.

Nelson Island wasted no time getting back out on the court and has already played their next matchup, a 2-0 win against Ket'acik and Aapalluk Memorial on the 1st. Eek does not have any more games scheduled as of now.
