After losing to the Bullock Creek Lancers the last time they met, the Valley Lutheran Chargers decided to demonstrate that turnabout is fair play. Valley Lutheran enjoyed a cozy 62-45 victory over the Lancers on Tuesday. With that victory, Valley Lutheran brought their scoring average up to 50.5 points per game.
Elijah Wolter continued his habit of posting crazy stat lines, scoring 16 points along with eight rebounds and two steals. He hasn't dropped below 15 points for four straight games. Another player making a difference was Carter Rauschert, who scored eight points along with seven rebounds and two blocks.
Valley Lutheran now has a winning record of 7-6. As for Bullock Creek, this is the second loss in a row for them and nudges their season record down to 8-5.
