The Woodland Hills Wolverines needed just one more bucket to secure the win last Friday, but they couldn't get it done before the clock hit zeroes and lost 56-55 to the McKeesport Tigers. If Woodland Hills was hoping to take revenge for the 57-56 defeat against McKeesport when the teams met in January, then they were left disappointed.
The contest pushed Woodland Hills down to 9-11 and pulled McKeesport up to the reverse at 11-9.
The Wolverines will take on Penn Hills on Friday. Woodland Hills fans better hope the squad plays one heck of a game as the odds are decidedly against them. McKeesport will be playing at home against Penn Hills on Tuesday. Penn Hills is also hoping to continue their momentum after a 73-41 win over Albert Gallatin last week.
