The Lewiston Bengals lost against the Post Falls Trojans back in December of 2023, and unfortunately they wound up with the same result on Saturday. Lewiston took a 51-41 hit to the loss column at the hands of Post Falls. Lewiston has now taken an 'L' in back-to-back games.
Brooklynn Brennan continued her habit of posting crazy stat lines for Post Falls, scoring 23 points along with five steals. That makes it nine consecutive games in which Brennan has scored at least 25% of Post Falls' points. The team also got some help courtesy of Kinlee Mclean, who scored six points along with four steals.
Lewiston's defeat dropped their record down to 6-10. As for Post Falls, their win ended a four-game drought on the road and puts them at 6-9.
Coincidentally, both teams will both be playing Moscow the next time they take the court. Lewiston will host Moscow at 3:00 p.m. on Monday, while Post Falls will head out to face them at 3:00 p.m. on Saturday.
