Hickory Ridge lost to Concord 51-27 last week, the largest margin of any game.
Central Cabarrus made the biggest leap in the national rankings this week, rising to 1,850 from 2,569. They were able to move up in the ranks after a 45-24 victory over Carson last week.
The Spiders' offense was tough to stop this week, as it produced the league's top passer, rusher and receiver. Keenan Black threw for 167 and 2 touchdowns and Drew Yoos had 69 yards receiving. On the ground Rocky Reid contributed 300 yards. Myles Neils helped Concord's passing attack out by catching 2 balls for 41 yards.
