 Evergreen Valley  kept the outfield on their toes and  finished the game with 12  hits. They easily outclassed their opponents in that department as James Lick only managed one  hit.
Evergreen Valley's victory bumped their record up to 2-6. As for James Lick, their loss was  their seventh straight on the road dating back to last season, which  dropped their record down to 0-4.
 Both  squads will have to hit the road in their upcoming games. Evergreen Valley will head out to  take on Pioneer  at 4:00  p.m.  on Tuesday. Evergreen Valley's pitchers better be ready for this one: Pioneer has averaged an impressive 6.4  runs per game this season. As for James Lick, they are taking a road trip to  square off against Gunderson  at 4:00  p.m.  on Monday.
