Clinton Christian Academy has played every game this season on their home court, but they'll have to hit the road on Thursday. They will challenge Applewood Christian at 7:00 p.m. Hopefully Clinton Christian Academy focused on turnovers this week since the team gave up 20 on Tuesday.
Last Tuesday, Clinton Christian Academy ended up a good deal behind El Dorado Christian and lost 52-38.
Clinton Christian Academy's loss came about despite a quality game from Jared Wisniewski, who dropped a double-double on 20 points and 10 rebounds. Wisniewski is absolutely dominating the steal category: he's posted at least two every time he's taken the court this season. The team also got some help courtesy of Matthew Hansen, who scored 4 points along with 4 steals.
Meanwhile, it's never fun to lose, and it's even less fun to lose 79-31, which was the final score in Applewood Christian's tilt against Kansas City East Christian Academy last Monday.
Their wins bumped Clinton Christian Academy to 1-2 and El Dorado Christian to 2-0.
Clinton Christian Academy might still be hurting after the 76-53 defeat they got from Applewood Christian in their previous matchup back in February. Can Clinton Christian Academy avenge their loss or is history doomed to repeat itself? We'll find out soon enough.
