The Arapaho Indians lost against the Cheyenne/Reydon Bears back in December of 2023, and unfortunately they wound up with the same result on Friday. Arapaho fell just short of Cheyenne/Reydon by a score of 34-31. Arapaho has now taken an 'L' in back-to-back games.
Cheyenne/Reydon found their leader in underclassman Kimbo Denney, who scored eight points along with five rebounds and five steals. The team also got some help courtesy of Emma Bogges, who scored six points along with three steals.
Arapaho's loss dropped their record down to 1-3. As for Cheyenne/Reydon, the win makes it two in a row for them and bumps their season record up to 13-9.
Arapaho does not have any more games scheduled as of now. Cheyenne/Reydon will look to defend their home court on Tuesday against Corn Bible Academy at 6:30 p.m.
