Kansas City East Christian Academy not only won on Friday, but they posted their biggest win since April 5th (when they won 11-0). They were the clear victors by a 13-2 margin over the Sunrise Christian Academy Buffaloes. Considering the Lions have won six contests by more than six runs this season, Friday's blowout was nothing new.

Braeden Jenkins made a splash no matter where he played. On the mound, he didn't allow a single earned run while striking out seven over five innings pitched. That's the most strikeouts he has posted since back in March. He was also stellar in the batter's box, going 2-for-3 with two runs, one triple, and one stolen base.

In other batting news, Kansas City East Christian Academy got a massive performance out of Aidon Carpenter, who went 2-for-3 with three stolen bases, three runs, and one double. That's the most runs Carpenter has posted since back in March. Another player making a difference was Jaycob Mieir, who went 2-for-4 with two stolen bases, one triple, and two RBI.

Kansas City East Christian Academy always had someone on base and finished the game having posted an OBP of .581. That's the best OBP they've posted all season.
