Braydon McClung was a major factor while hitting and pitching. On the mound, he didn't allow a single earned run and only one hit while striking out nine over 4.1 innings pitched. McClung was also stellar in the batter's box, scoring two runs and stealing four bases while going 2-for-3.
In other batting news, David Lester was incredible, scoring three runs and stealing a base while getting on base in all four of his plate appearances. Another player making a difference was Cole Vandall, who scored three runs while getting on base in three of his four plate appearances.
