 On the hitting side,  Owen Wilkins was a standout: he scored four  runs and  stole a base while going 3-for-3. He has become a key player for Tomball Kings: the team is 5-1 when he posts  at  least  three  hits, but 10-12-1 otherwise. The team also got some help courtesy of  Kaden Goodie, who  scored a  run and  stole two bases while going 2-for-2.

The  wins came thanks in part to their hitting performance across that stretch, as  they  averaged 11.3 runs over those games.
