The Timberline Wolves will take on the Middleton Vikings at 7:00 p.m. on Tuesday. Timberline is strutting in with some hitting muscle as they've averaged 6.9 runs per game this season.
Having struggled with four losses in a row, Timberline turned things around against Meridian on Saturday. They never let the Warriors get on the board and left with a 10-0 win. The high-scoring effort was just what the Wolves needed considering they were shut out in their previous contest.
Seth Dallolio looked comfortable as he didn't allow a single earned run and allowed only one hit over four innings pitched. He has been nothing but reliable on the mound: he hasn't given up more than two walks in four consecutive appearances.

At the plate, Timberline let Cannon Searl and Isaac Mills run wild. Searl went 3-for-4 with two runs, two doubles, and two RBI, while Mills went 3-for-4 with one home run, two runs, and one double. Those three hits gave Searl a new career-high. Stanley Jensen was another key player, going 1-for-2 with one stolen base, one run, and one double.
Timberline kept the outfield on their toes and finished the game with 12 hits. They are a perfect 3-0 when they post 11 or more hits.
Meanwhile, Middleton faced Rocky Mountain in a battle between two of the state's top teams on Saturday. The Vikings fell 5-1 to the Grizzlies. The Vikings' defeat signaled the end of their three-game winning streak.
Drew Holman was cooking despite his team's loss, going 1-for-3 with one home run. The team also got some help courtesy of DJ Brokaw, who went a perfect 3-for-3 with one double.
Timberline now has a winning record of 6-5. As for Middleton, their loss dropped their record down to 7-6.
