The Citrus Hill Hawks's five-game losing streak came to an end on Wednesday. They took down Loma Linda Academy 55-38. The win was just what Citrus Hill needed coming off of a 91-53 defeat in their prior contest.
Jerren White continued his habit of posting crazy stat lines, dropping a triple-double on 21 points, 12 rebounds, and 12 steals. The contest was his third in a row with at least ten points. The team also got some help courtesy of Roland Thibodeaux, who scored 14 points along with five rebounds and four steals.
Citrus Hill's win ended a four-game drought on the road and puts them at 4-10. As for Loma Linda Academy, their defeat dropped their record down to 5-7.
Coincidentally, the two teams will both be playing Corona the next time they take the court. Citrus Hill will head out to face Corona at 7:30 p.m. on Thursday, while Loma Linda Academy will head out to face them at 7:30 p.m. on Friday.
