The Saunders Trades & Tech Blue Devils lost against the Roosevelt Sharks back in February of 2022, and unfortunately they wound up with the same result on Wednesday. Saunders Trades & Tech was outmatched by Roosevelt on the road and fell 87-54. Saunders Trades & Tech has not had much luck with Roosevelt recently, as the team's come up short the last five times they've met.
Despite the loss, Saunders Trades & Tech saw an underclassman step up: Justin Andrade dropped a double-double on 15 points and 13 rebounds. The team also got some help courtesy of Jordan Russ, who scored 14 points along with 5 steals.
Saunders Trades & Tech's defeat dropped their record down to 1-1. As for Roosevelt, the victory makes it two in a row for them and bumps their season record up to 2-0.
Both teams are looking forward to the support of their home crowds in their upcoming games. Saunders Trades & Tech will take on Nanuet at 4:30 p.m. on Friday. As for Roosevelt, they will stay at home for another game and welcome Tappan Zee at 6:30 p.m. on December 8th.
