Leicester earned some more postseason success in their matchup on Saturday. They were able to grind out a solid victory over South Hadley on Saturday, winning 28-21. Twenty-eight seems to be a good number for Leicester as the team scooped up a win with the same point total in their contest last week.
The Wolverines' win brought them up to 11-0. The loss dropped South Hadley's record to 8-3.
The Wolverines will take on Prouty on Thursday. The stakes are high as both of those teams are all in, each fighting to extend its postseason success. South Hadley will go up against Holyoke in continuing playoff action. The Tigers have the odds in their favor, so they'll need to guard against complacency.
