Kendall Myree continued her habit of posting crazy stat lines, dropping a double-double on 14 points and ten rebounds. She is on a roll when it comes to rebounds, as she's now pulled down nine or more in the last four games she's played. Another player making a difference was Ja?laysia Hunt, who scored nine points along with five assists and two steals.
Despite the loss, Kenwood saw an underclassman step up: Sy?nya Seay scored 16 points. It was the first time this season that Seay scored 15 or more points.
Northwest now has a winning record of 12-11. As for Kenwood, they dropped their record down to 2-16 with that defeat, which was their 15th straight at home dating back to last season.
