The Spanish River Sharks and the Park Vista Cobras squared off in some playoff action on Tuesday, but sadly the Spanish River Sharks had to settle for second. They took a 57-50 hit to the loss column at the hands of the Cobras. Spanish River has struggled against Park Vista recently, as their match on Tuesday was their sixth consecutive lost matchup.
Despite the loss, Spanish River still got an impressive performance from Ethan Litten, who scored 21 points along with six rebounds. Litten continues to roll, besting his previous point total in each of the last three games he's played. Another player making a difference was Devan Degiuseppe, who scored 11 points.
Spanish River's defeat dropped their record down to 6-15. As for Park Vista, they are on a roll lately: they've won three of their last four games, which provided a massive bump to their 8-14 record this season.
Spanish River does not have any more games scheduled as of now. As for Park Vista, they will face off against Deerfield Beach at 7:30 p.m. on Thursday. Park Vista is facing Deerfield Beach at the right time seeing as Deerfield Beach is stuck on a 16-game losing streak.
