Pekin was handed a heart-breaking three-point defeat in their last contest, but they sure didn't let that happen against Delavan on Wednesday. The Pekin Dragons blew past the Delavan Panthers 73-52. The Dragons' offense stepped up their game for this one, as that was the most points they've scored all season.

Despite the loss, Delavan still got an impressive performance from Grady Burrell, who went 8 of 14from beyond the arc on his way to 26 points. The team also got some help courtesy of Bryson Horning, who posted eight points in addition to 12 rebounds and seven assists.

Pekin's victory bumped their record up to 4-2. As for Delavan, they are on a three-game losing streak that has dropped them down to 1-7.
