The Calvin Christian Squires have enjoyed the comforts of home their last two games, but now they must head out on the road. They will take on the Godwin Heights Wolverines on Tuesday. Calvin Christian is the favorite here -- although they were the favorites in their last matchup, too, so the odds might count for a little less.
The contest between the Squires and Kelloggsville on Friday was not a total blowout, but with the Squires falling 54-43 at home, it was darn close to turning into one.
Meanwhile, Godwin Heights was within striking distance but couldn't close the gap on Tuesday as they fell 52-47 to NorthPointe Christian.
Calvin Christian came out on top in a nail-biter against Godwin Heights in the teams' previous meeting last month, sneaking past 50-46. Will Calvin Christian repeat their success, or does Godwin Heights have a better game plan this time around? We'll find out soon enough.
