After a string of three wins, The School of Los Angeles coyote's good fortune finally ran out on Wednesday. They ended up on the wrong side of a tough 66-41 walloping at the hands of Stern. The loss unfortunately continues a disappointing trend for The School of Los Angeles in their matchups with the Titans: they've now lost nine in a row.
Stern's victory was a true team effort, with many players turning in solid performances. Perhaps the best among them was Mark Bautista, who scored 25 points. That makes it four consecutive games in which Bautista has scored at least a third of Stern's points. The team also got some help courtesy of David Garcia, who almost dropped a double-double on 18 points and nine rebounds.
The School of Los Angeles' defeat ended a three-game streak of away wins and brought them to 5-9. As for Stern, they pushed their record up to 14-4 with that win, which was their 11th straight at home dating back to last season.
The School of Los Angeles does not have any more games scheduled as of now. Stern also has no future games currently scheduled.
