It can be hard to translate regular season success to the playoffs, but the Carson Colts had no problem doing just that on Thursday. They were the clear victor by a 34-12 margin over Granada Hills Charter. The result was nothing new for Carson, who have now won eight matchups by 20 points or more so far this season.
Carson's win was their sixth straight at home dating back to last season, which pushed their record up to 10-1. As for Granada Hills Charter, their loss ended a four-game streak of away wins and brought them to 7-3-1.
Carson will take on Birmingham at 7:00 p.m. on November 17th. One thing working in Birmingham's favor is that they have now posted big point totals in their last six matches. Granada Hills Charter does not have any more games scheduled as of now.
