Bear Grass Charter had to skate by with only a one-run margin when they last took the field, which might have inspired the 13-run drubbing they dealt Hobgood Charter on Tuesday. The Bears were the clear victors by a 15-2 margin over the Raiders. The result was nothing new for the Bears, who have now won 12 matches by six runs or more so far this season.

Bear Grass Charter has been performing incredibly well recently as they've won eight of their last nine games. That's provided a nice bump to their 18-4 record this season. The victories came thanks in part to their hitting performance across that stretch, as they averaged 12.0 runs over those games. As for Hobgood Charter, they are on a three-game losing streak that has dropped them down to 8-7.

Bear Grass Charter will have a chance to go back-to-back against the Raiders: the pair's next game is a rematch scheduled at 6:00 p.m. on Thursday.
