The loss unfortunately continues a disappointing trend for East Jefferson [Port Townsend/Chimacum] in their matchups with Cascade Christian: they've now lost six in a row.
East Jefferson [Port Townsend/Chimacum]'s loss came despite strong showings from Traycen Brown and John Mercado. Brown scored 12 points, while Mercado scored seven points.
East Jefferson [Port Townsend/Chimacum]'s loss dropped their record down to 5-5. As for Cascade Christian, the victory (which was their tenth in a row) raised their record to 13-3.

As for Cascade Christian, they will be playing at home against Seattle Christian at 7:00 p.m. on Friday. Seattle Christian will have to bring their A-game into this one, as they are staring down a pretty big deficit in the MaxPreps Washington Rankings (they are ranked 289th, while Cascade Christian is ranked 108th).
