Schley County came tearing into  Saturday's  matchup with three straight wins  (a stretch where they outscored their opponents by an average of 26.7 points) and they left with even more momentum. They took down the Crawford County Eagles 70-51. That's the third time they've managed to beat them this season,  with their most recent  victory being a  49-47  win  back in January.
 Schley County's success was the result of a balanced attack that saw several players step up, but  Jordan Hudson led the charge by  putting up 16 points.  Jalon Solomon was another key player,  scoring 14  points.
 Defeat or not, Crawford County got some senior leadership from  Mareo Slaton and  Jackson Walton.  Slaton  dropped  a double-double with 16 points and 13  boards, while  Walton  went 5 for 8  to rack up 14  points. The team also got some help courtesy of  Tavarius Rainey, who  posted six points.
Schley County's victory bumped their record up to 9-15. As for Crawford County, their loss dropped their record down to 10-16.
 Schley County wasted no time getting back out on the court and has already played their next  contest,  a  75-55  defeat against Chattahoochee County on the 10th. Crawford County does not have any more games scheduled as of now.
