After a string of three wins, Central Wisconsin Christian's good fortune finally ran out on Saturday. They fell just short of the Sheboygan Christian Eagles by a score of 2-1. The Crusaders were not able to make up for their defeat to the Eagles from their previous meeting back in October of 2024.

In an exciting match in which no team claimed back-to-back wins, Central Wisconsin Christian sadly wound up on the wrong side. Once all was said and done, the final score wound up at 25-23, 20-25, 15-10.

Abigail TenNapel paced Central Wisconsin Christian's offense, picking up six kills. TenNapel got some help from Kate Westra and her six assists. Natalie Lerum controlled things from the service line, finishing with three aces.

Central Wisconsin Christian's loss dropped their record down to 4-3. As for Sheboygan Christian, the win keeps them at an undefeated 4-0.
