Winning is always nice, but doing so behind a season-high score is even better (just ask Freeman). They claimed a resounding 55-26 win over the MacArthur Generals. The high-flying offensive performance was a huge turnaround for the Golden Eagles considering their 25-point performance the contest before.

The victory was their first at home , bumping their record up to 2-5. As for MacArthur, they dropped their record down to 1-6 with the loss, which was their fifth straight on the road.

Coming up, Freeman will take on Cedar Ridge in a tournament on Thursday. As for MacArthur, they will be playing at home against Liberty at 6:30 p.m. on Friday.
