Winning is always nice, but doing so behind a season-high score is even better (just ask Edgewood). Everything went their way against the St. John Fighting Herald on Friday as the Edgewood Warriors made off with an 86-61 win. For those keeping track at home, that's the biggest victory the Warriors have posted since February 20, 2024.

The win snapped Edgewood's losing streak at three games and leaves them with a 2-5 record. As for St. John, their loss dropped their record down to 3-3.

When Edgewood and St. John next hit the court, they'll be up against teams who recently just can't seem to lose. Edgewood will try to stop Grand Valley's seven-game winning streak when the meet at 7:00 p.m. on January 3rd. Meanwhile, St. John will try to stop Pymatuning Valley's four-game winning streak when the meet at 5:30 p.m. on January 7th.
