Meanwhile, Western Sierra Collegiate Academy came tearing into Saturday's contest with eight straight wins (a stretch where they outscored their opponents by an average of 39 points) and they left with even more momentum. They enjoyed a cozy 79-61 win over Valley Christian. Having run the score up that high, both teams probably have some extra defensive drills coming up.
Western Sierra Collegiate Academy relied on the efforts of Daniel Vovc, who scored 22 points, and John Harb, who scored 28 points. As a matter of fact, that's the most points Harb has scored all season. Max Frantti was another key contributor, scoring nine points.
Sacramento Adventist has traveled a rocky road recently, as they've lost ten of their last 13 matchups, which put a noticeable dent in their 7-13 record this season. As for Western Sierra Collegiate Academy, their victory was their 12th straight on the road, which pushed their record up to 16-2.
