After losing to Windsor/Stewardson-Strasburg the last time they met, the Shelbyville Rams decided to demonstrate that turnabout is fair play. Shelbyville secured a 54-49 W over the on Monday. The win made it back-to-back wins for Shelbyville.
Multiple players turned in solid performances to lead Shelbyville to victory, but perhaps none more so than Dru Clark, who dropped a double-double on 21 points and 21 rebounds. Clark hasn't dropped below 11 rebounds for four straight games. The team also got some help courtesy of Kenzie Jones, who dropped a double-double on 16 points and ten rebounds.
Shelbyville's victory bumped their record up to 10-16. As for Windsor/Stewardson-Strasburg, this is the second loss in a row for them and nudges their season record down to 17-13.
Shelbyville will head out on the road to challenge the Hawks at 6:00 p.m. on Wednesday. Meridian will be looking to keep their four-game home win streak alive. Windsor/Stewardson-Strasburg will take on the Warriors at 7:00 p.m. on Thursday. Casey-Westfield is coming into the match on a three-game losing streak.
