La Serna's recent rough patch got a bit rougher on Saturday after their fourth straight loss. They took a 4-2 hit to the loss column at the hands of Bishop Amat. The result was an unpleasant reminder to La Serna of the 3-1 defeat they experienced in the two teams' previous head-to-head fixture back in January of 2023.
La Serna's defeat dropped their record down to 5-10-3. As for Bishop Amat, the win (which was their third in a row) raised their record to 11-3-5.
La Serna will be playing in front of their home fans against Santa Fe at 7:00 p.m. on Tuesday. Bishop Amat on the road again on Wednesday and play against Bishop Montgomery at 5:00 p.m. on January 24th.
