Niceville is 8-2 against Milton since April of 2019 and they'll have a chance to extend that dominance on Wednesday. The Eagles will square off against the Panthers at 6:00 p.m. Niceville will be looking to extend their current seven-game winning streak.
Niceville is on a roll after a high-stakes playoff matchup on Monday. They blew past Mosley 10-0. Ten seems to be a good number for the Eagles as the squad scooped up a victory with the same number of runs in their previous game.
Chloe Bailey and Emma Sites were major factors no matter where they played. Throwing, Bailey struck out nine batters over three innings while giving up no earned runs or hits (and not a single walk). Meanwhile, Sites pitched two innings while giving up no earned runs or hits. Bailey has been nothing but reliable on the mound: she hasn't given up more than two walks in eight consecutive appearances. At bat, Bailey went 2-for-3 with two RBI, while Sites went 1-for-2 with one run and one RBI.

Niceville always had someone on base and finished the game having posted an OBP of .552. They easily outclassed their opponents in that department as Mosley only posted an OBP of .000.
Meanwhile, there's no place like home for Milton, who bounced back after a loss on the road on Wednesday. They came out on top against Gulf Breeze by a score of 7-2 on Monday.
Chloe Norman spent all seven innings on the mound, and it's clear why: she surrendered just two earned runs on four hits and racked up nine Ks.
At the plate, Alexis Hawthorne was excellent, going 2-for-3 with two runs. Another player making a difference was Savannah Gardner, who went 2-for-4 with two RBI and one double.
Niceville pushed their record up to 17-6 with the win, which was their fourth straight at home. The home victories came thanks in part to their hitting performance across that stretch, as they averaged 9.8 runs over those games. As for Milton, they are on a roll lately: they've won four of their last five matches. That's provided a nice bump to their 14-11 record this season.
Niceville skirted past Milton 2-1 in their previous meeting on April 8th. The rematch might be a little tougher for the Eagles since the team won't have the home-field advantage this time around. We'll see if the change in venue makes a difference.
